This offering is for the Strawberry Knit one featured, with two buttons going down the back, in contrast to the Blue Striped Knit of four going up the front. Neither has been undressed but as my other's, each have lovely white crocheted under things, underneath. Both are in immaculate condition, encased immediately when arrived and held very little since I have owned them. They have original tags. Though labeled used, they are more like new. Each comes beautifully carved, with color applied perfectly to their cheeks and notice to touch of pink added to the top of an ear. These charmers are a rare find today as, as far as I know, this 8.5 inch size is no longer available to be ordered in the US and most likely not made any longer. Each are adorned in a lovely hand knit outfit and hat by Elisabeth's Mother and or daughter. This was verified to me by their buying rep. They are stain free, pet and odor free. Their bodies are smoothly carved and soft as velvet to the touch. As explained to me, this family operation does not believe in wasting any part of the product they work with to spring forth each doll's unfolding. Thus, their carvings reveal their unique indentations of the grains in each.As a seller I work very hard to carefully scrutinize over every detail of my dolls to give you the best sense of the doll you are interested in.
