Description: Warm greetings from Japan. Thank you very much for visiting our listing. Aria Pro II Jazz Bass Type JB-600S Sunburst (S) 1976 This is an Aria Pro II jazz bass type JB-600S. The color is sunburst (S). As the serial plate engraving in (Image 9) indicates, it was manufactured by Matsumoku Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Matsumoku). The serial (B76038X) indicates that it was manufactured in February 1976. When it comes to vintage Aria Pro II basses from the 70s and 80s, there are relatively many P-basses on offer, but I don't think there are that many Jazz Basses. As for the condition, since it has been used, there are light marks and dents on the body and neck, and some discoloration and peeling plating on the metal parts. However, as you can see in the photos, it is in quite good condition for something that is about 50 years old. There is almost no warping in the neck. However, I have never turned the truss rod on this bass while I own it, so I don't know if there is any room for it. Also, about 70-80% of the frets remain. The sound has been confirmed. Both the front and rear pickups are working. There is no noticeable crackling in any of the pots. (There may be some noise depending on how you move them, but it's not noticeable.)
