Description: This is a NON-WORKING K3 with KPA3. I started troubleshooting this radio and discovered it was sold with a bad KIO3 board (missing two capacitors). There is no power out but the FETS do get warm and receive is working. No options with this radio and it will need a new KIO3 board. Excellent parts rig or if someone is willing to put in more time than I have to have a nice radio.
