Hinges/binding are tight/strong. Inside, foxing just inside cover boards and next page...not in interior. Owner name etc. on first page. Very little or no age-tanning of paper. Paper strong and supple, not brittle. Inside shows almost no wear, and no flaws...all clean with little or no signs of use. Comes with slip-on extra-heavy poly wrap...removable and nearly indestructible. Book is sturdy to withstand normal use. Collectible.
