This note is heavily circulated, badly damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding, many areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged/missing - edges rough/damaged/missing in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist throughout and many are large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper thinning exist and surface damage exist); many scattered holes/inner tears throughout and many are very large; many pieces missing due to heavy wear and damage.
