Description: Effanbee Doll Company "Cecily" SV159. Issued in 1993. Rare and hard to find. Vinyl head, arms and legs on a cloth body. Quality hair, eyes and accessories. Measures 19" tall x 9" width x 5" depth. There is no damage to the doll but the white band around his left leg has a couple of small stains. I don't know where they came from since he has been in his box ever since I purchased him in 1994. He will arrive in his original box which shows wear and has a little damage. Please view my pictures. Cecily is a really cute baby doll all dressed up in his red stripped sailor outfit. Thank you for looking at my item.
