All radios should be the same because we got them all from the same government agency. Only the radio unit is included, no batteries, chargers, or antennas are included. All of the radios were in working condition when taken out of service. The picture is of one radio, but all of the radios are in similar cosmetic condition, with minor wear and tear, and some with minor scratches on the display screen. All of the radios power on. Other than this, we are not sure if they are still programmed, or with what features they are programmed with. We are not familiar with how to test radios. We bought these radios from a government agency from the state of Louisiana, when the agency upgraded their radios. Based on the stickers in the battery compartment it seems that it was used by the Louisiana state police. Shipping is free in the 48 US states.
