Description: This is a rare four page advertising herald (flyer) promoting the six-night, Provincial Tour engagement of the J. HARTLEY MANNERS comedy success "PEG O' MY HEART" at the Opera House in Leicester, England beginning October 15th, 1917. (The Original Broadway production opened December 20th, 1912 and ran for 603 performances. The London production opened October 10th, 1914 at the Comedy Theatre, later transferred to the Globe Theatre and ran for 710 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The London production starred the legendary LAURETTE TAYLOR in the title role and included Mr. A. E. MATTHEWS, PERCY AMES, Mr. J. H.
