Description: This early E.C. Simmons folding knife is made in St. Louis. The knife when opened measures 9 3/8" long. When closed it measures 5 1/4". The knife is in excellent condition. The handle material is a dark wood probably ebony with no cracks. Only one small type dent in the wood (see photos.) The blade has been sharpened and shows some wear and sharpening marks. The blade is only marked "E.C. Simmons St. Louis" The blade may polish up nicely, we did nothing to this knife and it is just the way we bought it. The blade is tight and has good snap. I am not exactly sure what model this knife is, it is not marked "Keen Kutter." It doe shave a neat hump back locking mechanism that works very well. Definity a rare knife. **US Shipping only ** Please look at all photos.
