Description: 3413-2023) Eastgate Splitstem Arrowpoint made of a smoky gray, clear and black semi-transparent gem obsidian. This specimen measures at 1 1/16” x 13/16” x 1/8” and has bifacial pressure flaking all over resulting in a paper thin cross section. Tip is fine and much nicer in hand than pics illustrate, has drooping barbs and an offset notch along the basal margin. Condition is very good with slight ancient use wear G7-8 Quality. Was found at the Cole Family Homestead by Tom Cole near Minidoka Idaho, x Miguel Hughes Collection.
