Description: 8" by 12" Color print of Eastern Airlines Lockheed L-1049C Super Constellation N6226C on the ramp in the mid-1950s. Scanned from a Red Border Kodachrome 35mm slide. Exact date and location are unkown. N6226C flew in passenger configuration for only 6 years. It was converted to a freighter in April, 1960. ****All prints are professionally scanned from slides unless noted otherwise, and printed on high quality FUJIFILM Lustre Finish Photo Paper. Imperfections, dirt, and dust from original image have been removed where possible, and color and fade correction made as needed. EBay image is a low resolution scan. Actual prints are sharper and have better color than eBay scans.
