Description: MAKING YOUR OWN 3D BUTTER LAMB SCULPTURES FOR EASTER DINNER TABLE. MUCH CHEAPER TO MAKE THAN PURCHASING PREMADE. THIS IS A 2 (3D) CAVITY MOLD (1 BACK AND 1 FRONT). CAVITIES MEASURE APPROX. 4 1/2 " X 5 3/8 X 2". IT WOULD REQUIRE APPROX. 12-13 OZ OF BUTTER OR CHOCOLATE TO MAKE THIS SOLID 3D. YOU CAN CONSIDER JUST USING THE FRONT CAVITY TO LAY FLAT ON PLATE. To make 3D solid, you MUST CUT the front and back pieces from the mold: Using room temperature butter, place butter to one cavity with spatula and let set in refrigerator till hardened.Once hardened, place butter in second cavity (very slightly overfilling so that you do not see voids in the seams with finished product). Clamp both cavities using binder clips, etc. and refrigerate overnight (BINDER CLIPS NOT INCLUDED!) I recommend putting in freezer so that it is easier to remove from mold. You may need to trim along the seams with a sharp knife.If making 1/2 which will be flat on one side, just fill the cavity and refrigerate/freeze.
