Description: Early WWII Scarce M1941 U.S. Navy Utility HBT Jacket that resembles the Marine HBT Jacket which had (3) pockets. The buttons have a central depression and were riveted to the jacket. The buttons have Laurel Leaves and 5 Stars. This early war version was replaced later by an HBT Jacket with 2 large pockets that were sewn lower on the chest. No fraying or rips or repairs. Shows a couple of tiny rust holes and stains from being hung on a metal hanger. Hard to find addition to your WWII Pacific Theater collection. Retains all original buttons. Approximately 19 inches across the shoulders and 20 from armpit to armpit.
