Description: I think my late sister Betsy already had already opened her crafts and collectibles shop in Pittsburgh when Peggy Karr opened her business in 1987. And it wouldn't surprise me if Betsy was an early adopter of Karr's fused glass, to the very plate I'm offering here. I remember seeing it a lot over the decades. I note too that the name is actually etched in, which perhaps they were doing differently in 2016 when they closed. It's a lovely plate and an impressive craft.
