Description: Here's a Music Master Concert Amplifyer horn manufactured in the 1920's. The Concert Amplifyer was Music Master's largest horn speaker, standing 27" high, with a 22" diameter bell. Condition is excellent throughout, and speaker is original throughout. Clean original finish on the mahogany bell, with light crazing in areas consistent with age and authenticity. The bell is perfectly formed, with no fractures, but some minor seam separations as can be seen in the photos. These separations are minor and don't detract from the horn's beauty. No repairs whatsoever. The colorful decal is original and nearly perfect. The veined gold paint on the elbow and base is original, and it's likewise in excellent condition, with scattered minor blemishes, but no touch-ups, no re-painting. Original paper label on the underside of the base is intact and complete, and original green felt is intact as well, with no scars or insect damage.The driver is good, and the speaker will work with almost any early 1920's battery radio.
