Description: Here is a lovely, antique ironstone luncheon plate with a light blue aesthetic period transfer pattern called, 'Corinth', made by James Edwards sometime during the 1840's.It measures 8 inches in diameter, and is 1 inch deep. This plate is in very good, used antique, condition with no chips, cracks, or other damage, or repairs. Just some light crazing and clouding on the front and some slightly heavier of the same on the reverse. Otherwise it is clean and bright with minimal surface wear. (See photos).
