The binding is good. Exterior has some wear…Corner bumps/scraped. Split along the front hinge. Leather only. Hinge is holding firm. Small, similar split top of back hinge. Damp stain top of rear board. Tops of a few back pages with a very small, light stain shadow about 1/8” in size. Howe’s books are very desirable, always good reading and this one is no exception.
