Description: Group of 6 black and white photographs and two professional newsletters regarding Optometrists and Optometry. These items were in a scrapbook from one optometrist who practiced in Nebraska in the1930's. The largest photo is actually a contact sheet and was taken on large format 5 x 7" film. It shows the examination room and the presumed state of the art professional equipment in use. Two of the photos look to be from a professional convention promoting something called an Optometric Printer. One of the photos may be the doctor posing with one of these printers or with another unknown piece of professional equipment. One of the photos shows the waiting room with a view into the office of the Doctor. Finally, one of the photos shows a group of optometrists providing vision tests at a school. Two 1932 newsletters called, "Your Eyes" "devoted to better vision" are included. They had been pasted down from the rear page top edge and are scraped from removal. Ships with USPS Ground Advantage.
