Description: Exceptional little turtle figurine made by Acoma Pueblo artist Lucy Lewis. Best known for her black on white design, which she is most famous for. This is early in her career and probably from the 20’s to 30’s. Exceptional rare style for Lewis. Came from original owner who lived into her 90’s. This is museum grade and in perfect condition.
