There are several types and will do my best to describe them as well as possible. A lot of them are carved with several different themes and motifs. I am leaving in "as found" condition. ANTIQUE, early carved 1819 "Meerschaum" VERY Detailed pipe head of Running horse and scrolling on bottom in overall great shape with wear consistent with age and use - no stem. Rim of bowl has coupe of chunks missing but not bad for something that is just about 200 years old. It should make a great addition to any collection. Please inspect pics closely as they are considered part of the description. Pics were taken without flash and the white spots are from glare and lighting.
