Description: One of the classic Red Crape Myrtles, Dynamite produces flowers that are a dark, yet bright red in color. They bloom in the Summer and make a wonderful display. A mid-sized Crape Myrtle, Dynamite will get to be 15-20' tall and from 10-15' across. The growth rate is fast. The foliage turns a lovely orange-red in the Fall. It likes full sun. Excels as a specimen plant, or for lining a property line or driveway. Hardy in Zones 7-10. These plants are about 6-7" tall (see the last picture). They will be shipped bareroot with the roots wrapped and protected and they may be cut back somewhat. We recommend you pot them up for a while before putting them out in the ground.
