Ninety-nine percent of the time when an item is taking longer than expected to arrive, it eventually is delivered to the buyer. Please keep in mind that once your item is in the hands of the mail carrier, it's out of ours and there's nothing we can do to make a delivery go faster.If you no longer want the item, please cancel your order or let us know that you wish to cancel your order BEFORE the item is shipped and handed off to a carrier. If an item has already been shipped and handed off to a carrier, then it's too late to cancel the order. It's in your best interest to cancel an order ASAP so you aren't stuck receiving an item you don't want.
