Description: This card measures approximately 3-3/8 x 5-3/8 inches. We measure all cards to the nearest eighth of an inch. Real photo of the interior of a drug store / apothecary shop. This is a sizable establishment, with many apothecary bottles lined up on the shelves against the left wall. In the glass cases are various sundries. On the back wall in the center of the photo is a large Rexall sign or poster with the word "ORDERLIES" written on the stones of an arch, and below it what seems to be an Army soldier next to a sort of ambulance (?) of the World War I period. Standing between the glass cases is the apothecary / druggist looking to the side. His left arm seen through the glass case seems to reach almost down to his knee. American card, circa 1914-18. Typical wear for a card of this age, including smudging, stains, spots, silvering, and corner and edge wear. Any more unusual problems have been specified above in the condition description. Questions and comments welcomed. Shipping only to addresses in the United States and Canada. Cards packaged in hard plastic sleeves for secure transit.
