I use 100% acrylic yarn held down with industrial carpet adhesive, then backed with your choice of either felt or non-slip backing! If your Tufted Rug should ever get dirty I'd recommend either vacuuming or using a handheld carpet cleaner to remove the dirt. Do Not Machine Wash!
