Description: Comes exactly as pictured! Manual has some bent corners/creases. One small tear on the upper left backside of the fold. All pages are intact. No writings or markings of any kind. Overall I’d give it at least a 5/10. Map looks good at first glance. When opened though you can see where it’s been taped along some of the seams to help hold it together. At least one small visible tear in one of the seams. Again though I’d give it at least a 5/10. I did my best to get some good photos so please look carefully.
