That being said, when factory sealed I am selling the item without first testing it, as is. • I cannot send most printed matter as Media Rate as USPS has pretty strict rules, if the item has advertising then it doesn't qualify as Media Rate. If Media Mail is not offered, the item does not meet the USPS guidelines. • Items are sent with Delivery Confirmation. It's your responsibility to contact your local Post Office in the event that it shows as delivered and not in your mailbox or by your door. • I leave feedback after feedback is received.
