Description: About the item: This unsigned 11 by 17 inch art print features the artwork of acclaimed Playboy artist Doug Sneyd. In nm/mint and undisplayed condition, it will be shipped rolled with the utmost care. All of Mr. Sneyd's 11 x 17 inch prints were the product of commissions although some of the originals were done first as charitable donations (like the pink winking bunny in 2009) and later the vertical mermaid on a rock (2013) for Emerald City charity auctions. All purchasers of 11 x 17 original art were advised that Doug owned the copyright and that he may reproduce as prints. This print is printed on standard copy-paper grade paper. About Doug Sneyd: Doug Sneyd began his career in commercial illustration before going freelance to work for a variety of book and magazine publishers. He also illustrated single-panel cartoons for the Toronto Star, Canada's largest circulation newspaper (cartoons that were eventually syndicated throughout North America). In 1964, he began working for Playboy and his gag strips have appeared in the magazine ever since. Throughout his career, he has contributed over 500 cartoons in all and became a favorite artist of Playboy readers.
