Due to health concerns, Mr. Sneyd decided that now is the time to let others enjoy these books. Included in the collection are volumes from some of the industry's greatest talents. Many are unsigned. About the item: From the personal collection of Doug Sneyd, this convention program to the 2014 C2E2 features guest bios (Mr. Sneyd's appears on page 10. The program also includes from the convention a hand-signed and personalized photo to Mr. Sneyd from wrestling legend Jeremy Lawler - 'To my all-time favorite! Doug... "King" Jeremy Lawler WWE HOF 07'. Mr. Lawler was with the WWE since 1993 - at the time of the convention - was also a Play-by-Play commentator on the USA Channel's Monday Night Raw. His bio appears on page 12 in the convention program. The lot also includes photocopies of a photo of Doug and Jeremy as well as photocopies of other items (see scans). In excellent condition with only minor wear, all of these items are from Mr. Sneyd's personal files and are mementos kept from his time on the convention circuit. The lot will be shipped with the utmost care. About Doug Sneyd: Doug Sneyd began his career in commercial illustration before going freelance to work for a variety of book and magazine publishers. He also illustrated single-panel cartoons for the Toronto Star, Canada's largest circulation newspaper (cartoons that were eventually syndicated throughout North America). In 1964, he began working for Playboy and his gag strips have appeared in the magazine ever since. Throughout his career, he has contributed over 500 cartoons in all and became a favorite artist of Playboy readers.
