Its reverse side shows a view of the Presidential Palace in Djibouti City, and a statue of a warrior holding a spear and a shield. The note has a solid security thread, a watermark of the coat of arms, and an electrotype watermark BCD. The notes dimensions are 160 mm x 80 mm.
