Disney Store Disney Princess Mulan Nude Storybook Doll Fashion Doll

Description: In this listing we have a really lovely nude doll. This doll was released by the Disney Store as part of their new Storybook line. This doll is designed to look like the iconic character of Mulan, from the animated movie Mulan. She has a light skin tone, straight black hair with a center part and a short section of bangs on the right side, large brown eyes, and dusky rose colored lips. Her upper lip is darker compared to the lower lip and she has the most beautiful bronze colored eye shadow. This doll has a new body. She’s a little shorter compared to the older older dolls and somewhat thicker in areas. She’s articulated at the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, and has internal clicking knees. This doll was made in China. My pictures came out a little saturated, the colors are a bit more muted in person. This doll is in good shape. She has never been played with and was just removed from the box. She does have some factory related issues. The doll’s hair is in fair shape. It’s still in the original factory style, but it did get a little mussed from taking her out of the box, just some light combing will get her back to looking lovely. The end of the doll’s hair is a bit choppy and uneven, but I assume they all will be like that. The doll’s face paint is in good shape. The doll’s eyebrows look good. I think they’re slightly uneven, but that might be intentional. There is some small chipping to the tail end of the right brow. At the start of the right brow there is a small black line coming out from the brow. It looks like the paint was touched when it was wet and it slightly spread. It’s pretty hard to see. The doll’s eyes look good. When looking closely at the eyes you can see some small paint flaws in them, but it’s pretty minor. The doll’s lips look good. There are some painting flaws to the upper lip. On the right edge of the upper lip the paint is somewhat bumpy along the edge. It’s not a smooth line as it is on the other side. There is a tiny black spot to the doll’s right cheek. On the left side of the doll’s face in front of her ears (mostly hidden by her hair), there’s some black spots and some large brown spots. This could be excess paint, but I’m not sure. Not sure if the right cheek dot could be removed without damaging her blush. On the right side of her head there is a small divot in the vinyl. The doll’s body is in good shape. The doll’s torso is in good shape. There are some small scratches and scuffs here and there to the torso. There are seam lines at the sides, bottom, and neck/shoulders on the torso with some excess plastic along some spots. The underwear is a separate plastic piece that has been glued on. There are some gaps along the seams in some spots. It looks secure, just like they didn’t seal it as neatly as they could have. The torso has a matte finish with some slight textured look to the plastic. It’s not as smooth looking as it could be. The torso has a slight pinker tone compared to the rest of the body. The doll’s arms are in good shape. The right arm is ever so slightly loose. It holds 95 percent of all poses, but it moves on it’s own forward and back when at her side. The arms are lighter compared to the rest of her. The upper arm, lower arm, and hands all have seam lines and mold injection spots. There is some excess plastic along the seam lines. There is some excess plastic in some spots. There are some small molding flaws to the arms. There are some small indented lines and some bumps here and there. The arms have a mostly matte finish, but in some spots it’s randomly a shiny finish, this is more obvious on the upper arms. The doll’s legs are in good shape. They bend and hold in just one click. The knees for Disney dolls are well known to be fragile. Hers are fine, but I would be very careful with them. There are seam lines going up and down the legs with some excess plastic along the seams. There are indents at both ankles from how the doll was held in the box, but that should ease out over time. There are some faint molded in lines going down the doll’s thighs. When looking up close at the legs there are some molding flaws, the legs just aren’t totally smooth. It’s very minor and all dolls will have similar issues. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this doll and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
