These figures are articulated and each one has different number of points of articulation. Boo is 3-POA (legs and monster costume head), Mike is 4-POA (legs and arms) and Sully is 8-POA (legs, arms, elbows, head and tail). Boo and Mike measure approx 2.5" high each and Sully measures approx 4.5" high. Sully's tail comes separate in the bottom of the package to assemble after opening package.
