Tulle underskirt, for a twirly dress. Zips up the back. The chest measurement is 15 inches across, from pit to pit. The length is 29.5 inches. Please check measurements carefully, to ensure a proper fit and length. The dress is new, with the tags still attached. There are some black pen marks on the brand tag--see photo.
