Description: Disney Magic Band Festival of the Arts 2020 Figment Color Company Limited Edition of 2000. Excellent condition. Box is open but I can't say for sure if this was taken out of the box and linked or not. I did some reading online and it does seem that customer service at the parks is able to change accounts if it is linked. There is also a good chance the battery no longer works in this since it's now 4 years old and from what I've read the rule of thumb is about 2-3 years.
