Comes with a portable fold-over, hook & loop fastener CHANGING PAD. When opened it is 23" long, 13" wide, with extra fold-in pads ( 7.5" x 10.5") for 'wet-ones' and extra diaper compartments. Changing Pad has a hand handle, and an extra zipper compartment on front flap. On the front flap is a white stain. This is the only stain, defect that I found. All zippers work. Leather zipper pulls.
