This is NOT the 'Burger King' edition from 2002, which featured a 'Presented By Burger King' logo in the spot where the UPC box appears. This is the original edition, published by DC Comics in 1999. This copy would grade at around a VF/VF+, with general handling and shipping wear, light indentations near the lower left corner of the book near the UPC box, a 2" vertical printer's crease on the back cover, and other light marks. The pictures show the actual copy that the winner will receive. The issue will be bagged and boarded, and will be carefully packed for shipping.
