Public service announcement; A salute to the 67th birthday of the Boy Scouts, with photos and artwork. "The General"; Hot Stuff tries to organize the forest animals into an army so they can defend themselves against trolls. "The Invitation" text story; Hot Stuff receives a misdelivered invitation to a masquerade party, so he decides to go. "Mighty Measles"; An unnamed villain uses his fake measles machine to try to get Stumbo banished from Tinytown so that he can take over. 36 pages, full color.
