The bell housing attached to the engine is not included. Shipping will be to the address the buyer provides during the Ebay sale. We can only ship it to the address you provide prior to payment being sent. If you can provide a business address to deliver it to you will not have to wait around all day for the delivery truck like you will if you ship it to residential address. We will attempt to get freight shipped within 3 to 5 days of purchase. If you would like to arrange your own freight that is fine, the freight will be on a pallet ready to ship.
