Description: DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION Up for sale is a very attractive unusual bowl made by Derby silver company. The bowl has three dolphins as the support. The company began in 1873 in Birmingham Connecticut and consolidated with Meridian silver company in the 1930’s. It measures about 9” wide and stands about 5.5” high. There is some wear mainly noted around the edges and especially on the underside. The bowl is a bit warped as well. I gave it a bit of a polish, but it probably will need further polishing especially in hard to get to areas. I mainly sell used older items including antiques, collectibles and oddities so please expect some signs of wear from use.
