This includes 1 Santa’s Visiting Center porcelain building, 1 child figurine, 1 candy cane tree, 1 garland theater rope section, 1 peppermint walkway, and 1 bag of fresh fallen snow. The original light fixture works. This item was never been displayed and is in practically new condition. This item is in great condition with no chips or cracks present and the working original light fixture. It includes the original box and packaging. The box is in good condition with slight wear around the edges and due to age (Can be seen in photos). This item was in a smoking household. The items were only displayed temporarily during the holidays and some pieces were never displayed at all. Packaging may smell like smoke, however there is no noticeable staining on the figurines.
