The pond is an original, boxed feature from 1994 and is not signed, it is a part of the Villages subject and the Snow Village collection. All parts in the box all tested and working! Most all items come from Estate Sales mostly in Southern California and are used unless stated otherwise! Many of our items are in Mint or near Mint condition we do call out all imperfections. And take many real photos, not copied ones. If the item you’re looking at is glass, crystal, Pyrex and some plastics, those are extremely reflective surfaces. Our photo lights often leave spots in repeating locations across the items. We turn the items so you get a clear view and can clearly see they are from the photo lights. And then on a different angle the spot will move to a different location because of the lighting. We will ship USPS Priority or Parcel Select Mail or FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx ground or 2Day. We try and ship Same day or Next business day shipping after receiving cleared payment. All shipping companies have recently been raising prices. Most of our items are breakable and collectible. Some are 40-70 or more years old. We ship everything insured. If you are going to claim breakage due to the shipping, we require Photos sent to us via email of the package as it arrived and the broken items as they were removed from the package. Without the photographic evidence, there is nothing that can be done on our part. The insurance requires photographic evidence to be sent for the claim. We pack extremely carefully using large amounts of bubble wrap and packing peanuts . Payment or contact through eBay is expected immediately after receipt of invoice.
