There are 8 long panels that start at the waist band and then 8 panels that create Vee gore insets from the hem upward that tuck in between the long 8. Lined with black. The white spot in the first photo is something that ebay's background photo did, it is black there, no white mark. Has elastic waist for easy on and drawstrings in front for a custom fit. Made in India. I can't find anything wrong with it. Great with either a black or white top. I measured the waistband not stretched at 48". For length I get 36". Great peasant, gypsy, or festival skirt.
