We see the following issues with this unit: Normal scratches and marks associated with corporate wear and usage The matte top of the laptop (backside of screen) and bottom of the laptop both show scratches very easily and when looking from different angles we can see several scratches. We cleaned the laptop case to minimize these but suspect they might become more prominent with handling The matte surfaces on this laptop are especially prone to fingerprints and smudges. We notice this most prominently in surfaces surrounding the keyboard and trackpad We have tried to show these items in the photos and please ask if you need more pictures.
