Item is in GOOD CONDITION. Covers and all pages are complete and intact, though tearing at the spine is causing the front and back covers to work loose. Other flaws include; moderate cover wear, with edge tears & creases, a mailing label, and light scuffing and dinginess; tearing on the back cover; and light staining and creasing on some pages.
