It was produced by Fewture Model of Japan for Sirius Entertainment in 1999 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Dawn. The statue was designed by Dawn’s creator – Joseph Michael Linsner and was sculpted by the Japanese artist, Shigeru Yamazaki. OK – everyone knows all that. Here is the part you may not know. The statue was scheduled to be released at the 1999 San Diego Comic Con but was delayed. As an apology for the delay Sirius came up with a limited all silver edition of the statue BUT in order to get one, you had to order it and pay for it at the 1999 San Diego Comic Con. Only about 100 or so fans were willing to make the commitment which makes this by far the rarest Dawn statue.This statue is in brand new condition. It was opened for the first time to take the photographs in the listing. The box has no damage (see photographs). The pendant is still in its original packaging. The sword is also included (see photograph).This statue does not come up for sale very often – don’t miss your chance to obtain it for your own collection or for a Dawn/Linsner fanatic.
