Spine is tight but the top of the spine has an inch-long closed cut on the back side & the bottom of the spine has inch-long closed cuts on both the front & back sides. Corners are rubbed. A faint brown (coffee?) stain affects the front cover, the fore text-block edge & the bottom 2 inches of the fore edges of pages 188-195. Besides that issue, the text-block edges have wear & are toned & smudged.
