Front Wheels Steer, you can see the rack underneath, but if they were tied to the steering wheel that also turns, it is no longer connected to the wheels The interior seating is made to feel like leather, the cargo area and floors feel like carpet The condition is very good, there is one small chip next to the dual sunroofs which is barely noticeable but could easily be gently touched up.
