Description: Custom built Datsun/Nissan L6 Turbo Manifold for T3 outlet flange equipped turbos using an internal wastegate Thick 304L stainless steel tig welded construction, square port design, single T3 outlet flange for internal wastegate (IWG) turbos only. Quantity: (1) turbo manifold in stock Condition: New, never used, and only test fitted Engine Applications: Datsun/Nissan straight 6 Cylinder L-Series such as L24, L26, L28 commonly found in the Datsun 240Z 260Z 280Z 280ZX. Fits square port exhaust cylinder heads, but will also work with round port exhaust cylinder heads, just expect slight flow turbulence due to the round-to-square transition. Cylinder head side long flange has a small bow to it when laying flat, but will flex, seat, and seal against the cylinder head when used with a Remflex PN 15-003 manifold gasket. The Remflex gasket is a 50% squish style design and works awesome, I use them exclusively. It was also tested to ensure sealing with an oem Nissan gasket, but I don't recommend them for use with any aftermarket manifold. The torquing of the manifold bolts/studs should start at the center, and end at the outer most pipes (#1 and #6). The long flange between pipes #1 & #2 plus #5 & #6 is designed to flex, this is what prevents a manifold from cracking since the L series has pipes #1 and #6 spaced far away from the other closer grouped pipes/ports. NOTE: Last two images are showing the manifold test fitted with a T3 flange turbo (Buyer will supply their own choice of turbo), no turbo included.
