The figure is new in package and has never been opened. Most of the package is in good shape with scratching and corner curls from the shipping handlers. It has a ding in the outer shell corner to the left of the head of Darth Maul. It looks like one of the shipping packers at Gentle Giant picked it up and put a finger sized dent in it.
