I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in very good condition, with a solid spine, a great hardcover (photo#11) and excellent overall inside pages (photo#12 example). Other than a small outer corner ding, it has few and lesser signs of wear, almost all of which affect its externals. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Jacket has a tiny scuff where it meets the back cover. -Lower spine corner: Small ding/indent where it meets the front cover, shows on the hardcover below as an indent as well. **Photo#5: -Front cover top edge: Light if any shelf-wear. Very light flaring around jacket's middle.-Outer corner: Tiny scuff. **Photo#6:-Front cover bottom edge: Light if any shelf-wear other than 3 tiny/light scuff towards outer corner. Very light flaring around jacket's middle.-Outer corner: Tiny ding/scuff, shows on hardcover below as a ~1/2" indent. **Photo#7: -Back cover top edge: Light if any shelf-wear. Light flaring around jacket's middle.-Outer corner: Tiny scuff. **Photo#8:-Back cover bottom edge: Light jacket shelf-scuffing if any. Very light flaring around jacket's middle.-Outer corner: Minimal wear. **Additionally: Front jacket itself has some light shelf-scuffing around it. Back jacket does as well, although slightly more prominently on the black background parts (photo#9 w/illumination). Five light ~3.5" scratches spread around the jacket. A few inside pages have a small/light indent near their top outer corner/page edge from reading. Very light top outer quadrant flex/bend (photo#10). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit.
