It appears to be a single-board computer in a chassis with power supply and fans, with a vacant space for a 2.5-inch SATA disk, not included. Original disk screws are stored under that piece of silvery duct tape. One photo shows the top cover removed to show innards--that top cover was reinstalled after photograph taken, and is included.Powers up. Have not tested further.
